During the second half of 2018 we were approached by, South Africa’s most reputable online wine platform and managed by Christian Eedes and Jacqueline Lahoud, to conduct an environmental analysis of the business and business model.

The project included a consultation session with the directors, research of the business’ internal and external environments, a full day work shop with the client to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and concluded by a final report.

We identified the various strategic business units and how the brand can leverage each unit to create more opportunities and awareness for the brand.
