Liquid Pulse is pleased to announce new representation of Blaauwklippen Vineyards situated in Stellenbosch.

Blaauwklippen was founded in 1682 by Gerrit Jansz Visser, but it wasn’t until 1688 that the first vineyards were planted on the estate. In 1971 the renowned Stellenbosch Wine Route was founded, with Blaauwklippen as one of the first members.

Renowned for its Zinfandel, Blaauwklippen has developed a loyal following among wine enthusiasts. By 1977 the very first Zinfandel vines were planted on Blaauwklippen, with the first wines produced three years later. Today this estate boasts a wonderful array of Zinfandel products, including a Methode Cap Classique, White Zinfandel and Zinfandel Noble Late Harvest.

The popular Blaauwklippen Blending Competition was founded in 1984 and over 30 consecutive years later remains the only wine competition in SA aimed at consumers and not producers.

The Blaauwklippen Family Market has become well-known for being the best way to spend a Sunday in the Winelands. Not only are there a wide range of mouth-watering foods and creative crafts, but there’s also fantastic entertainment and plenty of space for the kids to run free and play.

Famous for its magnificent scenery, historic setting and romantic atmosphere, Blaauwklippen is the perfect venue for a truly unforgettable wedding. With a wealth of facilities and experienced staff able to organize everything from the decor right through to the menu, bridal couples can simply relax and enjoy their special day.
